Dionysia G. Stavroulia
Dionysia Stavroulia is an Attorney at Law and a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2017. After graduating from the 1st General High School of Amaliada, where she comes from, she entered the Law School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
Upon completion of her undergraduate studies, she was admitted to the Athens Bar Association, completing her entire mandatory internship at a Law Firm in the South Suburbs of Attica. At the same time, she was admitted to the Postgraduate Program in Public Law at the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. During her postgraduate studies, she carried out studies in a variety of subjects, such as the deprivation of citizenship due to participation in terrorist activities, the management of surplus genetic material in the context of assisted reproduction etc., while she completed her postgraduate thesis on “Indirect discrimination issues”, which was awarded with “Excellent” by the examination committee.

Since obtaining the license of the legal advisor and until today she has cooperated with numerous law firms in Greece and abroad, as an external partner, but also with construction companies, real estate agencies and notaries. She specializes in the area of Property Law and Real Estate Law, Inheritance Law and Land Registry Law, while she is also active in investment projects for foreign pensioners or third country citizens. She provides legal assistance to individuals and legal entities throughout Greece, especially in the prefectures of Attica, Cyclades, Ilia and Achaia.
Her other interests include forensic psychology and literature, whilst she served the Hellenic Fire Service as a volunteer firefighter from 2019 to 2023. She speaks Greek, English and German.
